These were some pretty cool issues. Unity #19 kicks off a new story arc, so a great jumping on point for new readers. You get to learn all about War Monger, her foul mouth, and her plans for the Unity team.
The 25th anniversary books kick off with this X-O Manowar special and it is a truly great story. We learn the true origin of Shanhara and get some insights into her life, the impact of her father’s choices and experiment, and how the Vine began to worship the armor. It is a perfect addition to any Valiant or X-O collection.
