…and my pick of the month is… BATMAN!!!
The Bat books are better than ever right now. The only issue (Ha. Get it?) I have is the double covers and the 3.99 price jump for the monthly (AKA lower-number sales) books. All that’s going to do is get things cancelled and punish long-time readers and fanatics like me. So stop it, DC. Other than that, I’m super pumped for the stories being told on Gotham and Arrow to come to a thrilling season finale and for “The Button” to change things for the whole DCU again. Titles like Detective Comics and Nightwing are just as good as the main Batman book, and Red Hood and the Outlaws continues to be a guilty pleasure with genuine emotion and stellar art.
