Zenescope: LSCC Exclusive Screening

Comic Booked Guest Writer 02/01/2013 Reviews

Back in October, Zenescope Entertainment and Titmouse Studios treated a lucky audience to the debut screening of Grimm Fairy Tales the Animated Series in an exclusive event that many would have sold their very soul to attend. Now I have learned from an unnamed source that the London Super Comic Con will be showing the European premier of the series in February.  This mouth-watering gossip is surely worth the ticket price alone. Now we at Comic Booked are not a rumour mill, this is FACT! Unfortunately, I am not able to name my source as both our lives would be in serious and immediate danger. I for one need to live long enough to see this show! However, we think our readers deserve to get breaking news before any other site so I am willing to turn up with a toe tag in the morning to bring you this exclusive.

Just in case you have been living in a cave on Mars and need a recap of what Grimm Fairy Tales is about, here you go:
Grimm Fairy Tales has been the flagship series of Zenescope Entertainment since the company started. Zenescope Entertainment has grown to a top comic book publisher due to its continued success. Grimm Fairy Tales is currently the longest running independent color comic being published today. In our Grimm universe, all of the characters, fairy tales, legends and fables are based in the modern world. These good and evil fairy tale characters are waging a war for the control of Earth and mankind.
Zenescope kickstarter

This series was crowd funded by using Kickstarter and managed to raise a jaw dropping $188’000. This is a true testament to not only the quality of the books that Zenescope publishes, but also the amazing and supportive fan base that follows them. You can visit the Kickstarter page here: Grimm Fairy Tales Kickstarter. On this page you can see all the details about the series, interact with the creators and offer your feedback. If one thing’s for sure, it’s that Zenescope listens to their fans and welcomes the chance to engage them. Zenescope also has an entire YouTube channel dedicated to updates for the series which you can check out here: Zenescope Youtube Channel.

For more information on all things Zenescope, visit their website here. You can meet some of the Zenescope team at the London Super Comic Con on February 23 and 24.
