If we're reading into this based on the size of the font, my guess would be that X-23 survives the Arena and gets her solo book back. I can see the "junior" element that way much more likely than a gentler Wolverine, unless we're talking Wolvie in the past (and we know Cornell likes to deal with older times, what with Demon Knights and his Doctor Who stories…)
One word: Snikt.
Can we please have more Wolverine? I mean Deadpool might actually be knocking him off his high horse of being everywhere all the TIME! /sarcasm
I remember "Wolverine: Snikt!" was like this crazy manga style miniseries, it had all these production issue though it shipped so randomly I'm not sure if I even finished it. This is probably something totally different though.
I would be willing to bet this is going to X-23 or Daken.
That's my guess too, since we already have Frank Cho doing Wolvering title announced. And he still has his own X-team book.
