This summer Marvel has a new series coming out, Hawkeye that will be helmed by Matt Fraction and David Aja. The cover you see here is the Adi Granov variant. As a fan of Fractions, I’m pretty excited about this new series, although it’s title is slightly misleading. This new story isn’t just about Clint Barton, as Barton is joined by former Young Avenger, Kate Bishop as well. However, Hawkeyes does sound pretty bad, so I suppose the grammar police will have to sit this one out. Barton is fantastic, but I’m more intrigued by Bishop getting half of her own regular series. The Young Avengers are a lot of fun, it’s a shame we haven’t seen more of those characters lately. Here’s the press release:
