‘Plants vs. Zombies’ Sequel to Debut in Spring 2013

PopCap Games‘ delightfully addictive video game, Plants vs. Zombies, is getting a sequel–set to debut next spring!  Plants vs. Zombies is a fun game in which players set up various plant defenses to take out attacking hordes of zombies.  PopCap has been ramping up promotion of the game with the recent opening of a Plants vs. Zombies online store, and Zen Studios has also announced a pinball game table based on a PopCap property that will debut on PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE this September (which PopCap game will be announced at PAX Prime, but industry rumors are predicting that it will be Plants vs. Zombies).

There are currently no details on what we can expect as far as new game features from the Plants vs. Zombies sequel, but PopCap did offer the following information in a press release:
