IDW Publishing and Comics Experience released the first issue in the last of their first wave of new creator series. Gutter Magic was created by Rich Douek and is set in a New York City that is just a couple of dimensions over from ours, where magic was used to win World War II, and where it is a part of daily life… for most people.
