Wolverine and the X-Men #27 Cover
I still to this day can’t figure out how this title is still around. The concept alone is extremely cheesy and the supporting characters just aren’t that likable. My biggest qualm with Wolverine and the X-Men is how the artwork never seems to match. Nearly every character looks drastically different every issue. Beast looks like “The Blue Leader”, Kid Apocalypse looks to be in his late 20′s rather than a kid, just little inconsistencies like this that make me stray from this title.  It looks like this time around Wolverine and his kids are going to the Savage Land…and are going to run into Dog, Wolverines brother.  Here is the official press release:

WOLVERINE & THE X-MEN #27 First Look!

Marvel is pleased to present your first look at Wolverine & the X-Men #27 from the red-hot of writer Jason Aaron and artist Ramon Perez! So maybe a field trip to the Savage Land wasn’t one of Wolverine’s best ideas, considering they’re now the most dangerous game in the eyes of Wolverine’s brother DOG! Can the class keep it together and make it out of the Savage Land without becoming dino-chow? And can Wolverine hold back his murderous brother before he harms anyone else? Find out this March in Wolverine & The X-Men #27!

Wow… That sounds pretty bad. Even for a Marvel X-title.
