Diamond Select Toys announces lineup for SDCC

Battle Beast fan?  Be sure to stop by first thing.  Diamond Select Toys will be giving away individually bagged, promotional Vorin Minimates to the first 200 people each morning – all in celebration of the release of the first Battle Beast Minimates 2-Pack and the reveal of the Series 1 prototypes!  You can also enter to win a custom Battle Beasts guitar and case by Peavey and Coffin Case.

Plan to be at the Diamond Select Toys booth at 2pm on Friday, July 13^th to see IDW Battle Beasts comic author Bobby Curnow and issue 1 incentive and SDCC-exclusive variant covers artist Ulises Farinas.  Either snag a free Battle Beasts poster at the booth or purchase a copy of the Comic-Con #1 variant.

Fan of all things Minimates?  Be in Meeting Room 8 at 1:30 on Saturday for the panel “Minimates Turn 10,” hosted by Diamond Select Toys.  DSTChuck and DSTZach will answer questions about all things Minimate – Marvel, Battle Beasts, Thundercats, Universal Monsters and beyond – in addition to showing off new designs and giving away some awesome freebies!

If you’re planning on buying Minimates, keep in mind that a Minimate purchase of over $18 gets you access to Diamond Select Toys’ Build-a-Minimate booth.  The booth is only open certain times during the day, so check in to see when you get to rummage through the cabinet of parts to construct your very own Minimate!
