Baturday: Huge week for Batman fans

Baturday

Bob Kane’s getting a Hollywood star.  There are a bat-load of DKIII variants coming our way for issue number one.  Two great shows (without Batman) are slowly giving us a possibility of getting two even greater shows (possibly with Batman).  And then there’s the week of comic releases.  Here’s my take on all of it:

Red Hood/Arsenal #5 – My Rating: 4/5

Starfire #5 – My Rating: 3/5

Harley Quinn #21 – My Rating: 4.5/5

Superman: Lois & Clark #1 – My Rating: 5/5

Batman and Robin Eternal #2 – My Rating: 5/5

Batman #45 – My Rating: 5/5

Catwoman #45 – My Rating: 4/5

Bat-Mite #5 (of 6) – My Rating: 4/5

Justice League United #14 – My Rating: 3/5

Justice League of America #4 – My Rating: 4.5/5

Batman/Superman #25 – My Rating: 4/5

Earth 2: Society #5 – My Rating: 4/5

DC Comics Bombshells #3 – My Rating: 4/5

Arrow 4.2: “The Candidate” – My Rating: 4/5

Gotham 2.4: “Strike Force” – My Rating: 4/5

…and my pick of the week is…  BATMAN!!!

So there you go.  What was your favorite?  Loving Gordon as Batman or still want Bruce back?  How long do you think it will stay in the current status quo?  And will Arrow or Gotham truly ever merge/meet/grow and give us what we really want: A live-action, serious, ass-kicking Batman show?  Let us know in the comments section below and we’ll see you back here bright and early for another new installment of everyone’s favorite weekly Batman-themed column here at Comic Booked: Baturday!
