…and my pick of the week is… BATMAN!!!
Those final pages of Batman this week were simply cinematic. Snyder and Capullo are getting me more and more pumped as they prove that they are the Batman creative team not to beat, but to rise up to. They are currently equalled only by Tomasi and Gleason during their run together on Batman and Robin not too long ago. High hopes for all creative teams will get us to where we need to be, but these alternate cover gimmicks need to stop. You’ve got our money with comics, TV, and now movies. Leave the collectors a little bit of cash to spend on other things, like toys. And statues. And books. /End rant. See you all next Baturday!
