It was recently announced that the Avengers soundtrack would feature Soundgarden, who hasn’t had anything new in something like 15 years. Well now they have released the entire soundtrack listing for the May 1st release. That’s right, you will have the opportunity to scale through the songs three days before seeing the movie! You can guess which songs will have to do with which scene and who knows; maybe you’ll be right! I’m willing to bet the Soundgarden song is either the intro song or closing credits. Okay your turn! Alright I will shut up now, here is the listing below…
Considering it says “music from and inspired by…”, it’s guaranteed that not all of these songs will be in the film itself. Which is a shame, to be honest, because that’s a pretty decent lineup of bands. Either way, the movie is going to be good, and whatever soundtrack that is included should kick all amounts of butt.
The Avengers soundtrack hits stores May 1st 2012, it features Soundgarden, Shine Down (friends of mine), and Bush.
Oh! And don’t forget to go see Avengers which hits theaters May 4th 2012. It’s gonna be awesome!
