Aspen Kicks Off the New Year in Arizona

Heads up, Arizona comic fans! Aspen Comics is kicking off 2012 right in your area!

Aspen Comics will be starting off the new year with a return stop at the Amazing Arizona Comic Convention on January 6^th – 8^th. Aspen creators Joe Benitez (Lady Mechanika), Frank Mastromauro (Shrugged), Tony Parker (Dead Man’s Run) and Mark Roslan (Broken Pieces) will be at the Aspen Comics Booths 217 & 316 all weekend long.

 

2012 will feature many new releases for Aspen Comics, and their first new series will be the supernatural action-adventure series Dead Man’s Run from legendary film producer Gale Anne Hurd, writer Greg Pak and artists Tony Parker with David Curiel. Fans are encouraged to stop by the Aspen Comics Booths for the limited Dead Man’s Run #1 Amazing Arizona Comic Con Exclusive Variant by Parker and superstar colorist Peter Steigerwald, limited to 500 copies.

 

Aspen will also be offering new exclusive variant editions of all their popular new titles including Fathom, Soulfire, Executive Assistant: Iris, Lady Mechanika, Broken Pieces, Haunted City, Charismagic and more.

I envy anyone who’s able to make it to this convention. Not only are some of my favorite Aspen creators going to be there, but they’ll be offering some amazing variant covers and prints at their booth!
